Follow these simple steps to report unauthorized fee demands or fraudulent activities securely.
তথ্য সংগ্রহ করুন / Collect Info
অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তির নাম, অতিরিক্ত দাবিকৃত অর্থের পরিমাণ এবং ঘটনার তারিখ/সময় নোট করে রাখুন।
বার্তা পাঠান / Message Us
ভুক্তভোগী প্রার্থীর নাম, মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং অভিযোগের বর্ণনা দিয়ে নিচের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নাম্বারে মেসেজ দিন।
তদন্ত ও ব্যবস্থা / Action
আমাদের প্রতিনিধি দ্রুত ঘটনাটি তদন্ত করবে এবং সর্বোচ্চ গোপনীয়তার সাথে যথাযথ আইনি ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে।

বিদেশগামী প্রার্থীদের মেডিকেল চেকআপ করার জন্য নির্ধারিত ফির অতিরিক্ত কোনো প্রকার লেনদেন না করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করা হলো।
Candidates going abroad are specifically requested not to make any transaction in excess of the prescribed fee for medical checkup.

কোথাও অতিরিক্ত অর্থ দাবি করা হলে অবিলম্বে তা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল অভিযোগ চ্যানেলে রিপোর্ট করুন।
১. অতিরিক্ত ফি চাওয়া বা কাউকে 'ফিট' রিপোর্টের নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া সম্পূর্ণ অবৈধ।
২. আপনার সমস্ত অর্থ প্রদানের জন্য অফিসিয়াল বারকোডযুক্ত প্রিন্ট করা রশিদ সংগ্রহ করুন। ক্যাশ ডেস্কের বাইরে কোনো লেনদেন করবেন না।
৩. অভিযোগের সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করতে ভুক্তভোগী প্রার্থীর মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং ঘটনার বিবরণ হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মাধ্যমে পাঠান।

1. Any request for extra cash or guarantee of a "FIT" report is strictly illegal.
2. Always demand a printed official receipt with a barcode. Never make cash handovers outside the billing desk.
3. Provide the candidate's mobile number and details of the incidence via WhatsApp message to initiate verification.
